Samples and trials are agreed first, then a written quote, first delivery, start-up training and a check-in after two weeks. This demo sends nothing and takes no orders.

## The tool
The supply planner works out how much coffee a venue needs each week, which house coffee to taste first, the weekly and monthly coffee cost, suggested delivery days, and what each equipment route costs or commits you to. It is a planning range, not a quote.
Needs: Venue: cafe, office or restaurant; Volume: known kilograms a week (1 to 100), or drinks a day and trading days, or staff in on a workday and drinks each; Share of milk drinks, 0 to 100 percent in steps of 5; Equipment route: owned, buy, rent, loan or lease; Training: none, start-up or refresher.
Allowed link parameters: none. Only the tool page and labelled fixed public examples may be linked.
