The class
You will be able to run a busy bar with a consistent routine, and you will have a plan to keep your coffee consistent through service.
This day is for people who already make coffee for a living, or are about to. Instead of new techniques, it works on habits: setting up the bar so you waste fewer steps, checking espresso at the right times, and keeping your milk consistent through a rush.
The day ends with a simulated service, with the rest of the group playing customers.
Who it is for: Working baristas and café owners who want to tighten up their service.
Before you come: Espresso fundamentals and Milk and latte art, or three months on a bar.
What you learn
- Workflow on a busy bar: layout, sequence and communication
