Tell Lachlan your volume and what you want to change. Samples or a trial have agreed quantities, costs and carriage; there is no automatic free offer.
Set a changeover together.
Confirm the written quote, equipment return and any installation, then arrange dial-in and start-up training. Do not cancel an existing arrangement until the next steps are agreed.
