Questions about supply

Start with what you need to know.

Questions

Before the first roast.

Is there a weekly minimum?
Bean-only supply has no weekly commitment. Orders use 1 kg increments. Delivery costs are agreed. A proposed loan requires 30 kg a week.
Can we use our own machine?
Tell us what you have; we check suitability and service cover.
When do I order?
Noon on the business day before Tuesday or Friday roasting. Wednesday or Saturday delivery and holiday changes are confirmed.
Can we taste first?
Ask for a tasting, samples or a trial. We confirm quantities, costs and delivery first.
What if usage is unknown?
Use cups or staff to make an estimate, or send a question without a figure.
Is decaf included?
Ask us to add Caldas Decaf as a separate line.
What is GST-free?
Plain beans are GST-free. Other quote lines show their own tax treatment.
Is a loan machine free?
Equipment cost can be included in the coffee price. Ask for the premium, commitment, ownership, service and exit terms together.
Can my price change?
The example bean-only policy gives 30 days’ written notice; you may decline future orders. Equipment-linked terms need a separate agreement.
How can I pay?
Example bean-only orders are prepaid; 14-day terms need credit approval.
Can I visit the academy?
Ask about a class and a date. Tamsin confirms a seat; nothing is booked here.
