Trade terms

Know what is agreed before the first roast.

Bottle-green crates of plain coffee bags stand by a warehouse doorway.
Illustrative, AI-generated

Bean-only supply.

No weekly commitment. Order in 1 kg increments; delivery costs are agreed. Example bean-only orders are prepaid. Fourteen-day terms need credit approval.

Cut-offs and price changes.

Orders close at noon on the business day before Tuesday or Friday roasting. Delivery and holiday changes are confirmed. The example bean-only policy gives 30 days’ written notice of a price change; you may decline future orders.

Equipment has its own terms.

A proposed loan needs a 30 kg weekly commitment for 12 months, subject to approval. Premium, shortfalls, service, exclusivity, exit and return need a separate agreement. These are fictional demo assumptions, not a contract.
