The class
You will be able to steam smooth, glossy milk and pour a heart and a simple tulip.
Callum's rule is that latte art is a side effect of good milk. The first hour is steaming and nothing else. Only when the milk is glossy do you start to pour.
You will use real milk (dairy and plant), so come ready to make a mess. Classes run at Collingwood on Sunday mornings and at South Melbourne on Thursday evenings, in smaller groups.
Who it is for: Anyone who can make espresso and wants to make better flat whites.
Before you come: Comfortable pulling espresso shots, or Espresso fundamentals.
