Brew it at home or on your bar
Filter (V60-style)
- 15 g coffee, 250 g waterMedium-fine grind, water at 93 °C.
- Finish in 3:00 to 3:30Use a slightly lower temperature to keep the bergamot. Rinse the filter paper first.

Who grew it
Tilte Dera Collective
The Tilte Dera Collective brings together smallholders who each farm a hectare or less of heirloom coffee in Guji, with other crops in the same plots. They deliver ripe cherry to a shared drying station, where it dries on raised beds for several weeks before milling. Lowfield buys the collective's natural lot each year.
