Who grew it

Finca Piedra Cantada

Finca Piedra Cantada is a small family farm in the hills of southern Huila. The family grows Caturra and Castillo on steep slopes, picks by hand and washes and dries the coffee on raised beds at the farm. Lowfield has bought the farm's best lots since 2019 and cups them alongside each other every harvest before choosing one for the bar.

Questions

Before you order Huila.

Does it work with milk?
Yes. It is sweet enough for a flat white, but with a lot of milk most venues prefer Tramline Dark or Tramline Blend.
