Who grew it
Finca La Cumbre del Mirlo
Finca La Cumbre del Mirlo grows Caturra and Castillo in the coffee hills of Caldas. After washing and drying, the green coffee goes to a mill in Manizales for decaffeination, which uses ethyl acetate made from fermented sugarcane. The result is a decaf with its sweetness intact.
