- 15 g coffee, 250 g waterMedium-fine grind, water at 95 °C.
- Finish in 3:00 to 3:30Kenyan lots reward a hotter brew. If it tastes sharp, grind finer or brew hotter.

Who grew it
Mwendo Hills Farmers Co-operative Society
Mwendo Hills is a co-operative society of smallholders in Nyeri County, each growing a few hundred trees of SL28 and SL34. Members deliver cherry to the society's wet mill, where it is pulped, fermented, washed in channels and dried on raised beds. Kenyan coffee is graded by bean size and density, so each lot is separated before sale.
