- 15 g coffee, 250 g waterMedium-fine grind, water at 93 °C.
- Finish in 2:45 to 3:15Pour slowly and keep the water off the sides of the filter.

Who grew it
Dilkesa Gedeb Cooperative
Gedeb sits at the southern edge of the Yirgacheffe growing area, with some of its highest farms. The cooperative's members farm garden plots with ensete and other crops alongside their coffee, and deliver cherry to a shared washing station. The washed lots are sorted by hand and dried on raised beds.
