Who grew it
Cumbres del Marañón Producers' Association
This association groups smallholders in the highlands of Cajamarca who each farm a few hectares of Typica, Caturra and Bourbon. Members wash and dry their own coffee at home, and the association cups, sorts and blends lots by cup quality before export.
