- Finish in 14 to 16 hours, refrigeratedStrain through a paper filter. Dilute 1:1 with water or milk to taste.

Who grew it
Kelompok Tani Burni Lestari
Burni Lestari is a farmers' group in the Gayo highlands of Aceh, on Sumatra. Members grow Ateng and Tim Tim on small plots and process by the wet-hulled method known locally as giling basah, in which the parchment is milled while the bean is still damp, then dried again. The method gives Sumatran coffee its heavy body and earthy notes.
